Understand RGU Pace and Projected Finish

Use current performance to understand whether a person, team, or location is on track.

Help CenterGoals & RGUs

Core terms

Goal is the target for the cycle. Actual is recorded progress. Pace compares progress with elapsed selling time. Projected finish estimates the result if the recent rate continues.

How to use pacing

  1. Confirm the cycle dates.
  2. Check that recent data has been imported.
  3. Compare actual progress with expected progress.
  4. Review the gap by location and employee.
  5. Create a coaching action for the highest-impact gap.

Projection limitation

A projection is directional, not a guarantee. Promotions, staffing, weekends, holidays, and delayed data can change the result.
