In short

SimpleGrowHQ is partially conformant and actively working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the forward target. We welcome reports of barriers and do not claim full conformance without an audit.

1. Our commitment

SimpleGrowHQ is committed to improving digital access for people with disabilities across the marketing website and B2B sales platform.

2. Conformance target

SimpleGrowHQ is partially conformant and actively working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the forward target. EN 301 549 is considered for relevant European use. This is a target, not a claim of full conformance or a completed independent audit.

3. Measures currently taken

  • Responsive marketing pages with a configured mobile viewport and no horizontal overflow in sampled checks.
  • Semantic headings, links, navigation landmarks, and labeled website forms on reviewed pages.
  • Keyboard-accessible native controls where the underlying component supports them.
  • Attention to readable type, spacing, visible focus, and color contrast in the marketing design.

Work in progress includes a complete keyboard review of the application dashboard, improved ARIA announcements for live-updating data, text alternatives for charts, motion controls, and systematic WCAG 2.2 testing.

4. Known limitations

  • Some dashboard charts and visual performance indicators may not yet have complete text alternatives.
  • Certain drag interactions or complex data controls may require improved keyboard alternatives.
  • Live-updating dashboard data may not be announced consistently by every screen reader.
  • Some animations may need additional reduced-motion behavior.
  • Third-party components can have limitations outside SimpleGrowHQ’s direct control.

We prioritize barriers that block core account, reporting, commission, and support tasks. Accessibility improvements are reviewed as the product develops.

5. Feedback

Report an accessibility barrier through the Contact Us page or support@simplegrowhq.com. Include the page, task, browser, assistive technology, and a description of the problem if possible. We will provide an accessible alternative when reasonably possible.

6. Standards and regulatory context

Our work is informed by WCAG, the Americans with Disabilities Act as applicable, and relevant state requirements. If SimpleGrowHQ serves the European market, the EU Accessibility Act and EN 301 549 position will be reviewed. Any EAA microenterprise position remains to be confirmed with qualified counsel and is not asserted as a settled exemption.

7. No overlay claim

SimpleGrowHQ does not claim that an automated accessibility overlay makes the website or product fully compliant. Accessibility requires design, engineering, content, testing, and ongoing feedback.

8. Preparation and review

Prepared July 19, 2026. Last reviewed July 19, 2026. This statement will be updated as testing and remediation progress.
