Check these items first

  1. Was the commission column included and mapped?
  2. Is the transaction inside the selected cycle?
  3. Is the employee identifier correct?
  4. Does the sale qualify under the current rule?
  5. Is the amount delayed in the source export?
  6. Was the transaction reversed or adjusted?

When contacting support

Provide the workspace, location, cycle, non-sensitive transaction identifier, expected result, and source-field names. Do not send customer payment information.
