Common validation errors

• Missing required employee or location identifier
• Invalid or inconsistent date
• Text inside a numeric field
• Unknown location or user
• Duplicate transaction or row ID

Safe correction process

1. Download or note the rejected rows.
2. Correct only the affected source values.
3. Keep valid rows unchanged.
4. Re-upload the corrected subset when supported.
5. Confirm totals before finalizing.

Duplicate warning

Do not simply delete duplicate warnings without checking the original transaction ID and date. Two similar sales can be legitimate; the unique identifier determines whether the row is actually duplicated.
