Mapping steps

  1. Upload the prepared file.
  2. Review the detected header row.
  3. Match each source column to a SimpleGrowHQ field.
  4. Leave unrelated columns unmapped.
  5. Confirm date, currency, and numeric formats.
  6. Preview several rows before importing.

When names do not match

A column named “Store,” “Door,” or “Location Number” may all represent the location field. Use the meaning of the data, not only the heading.

Validate totals

After import, compare row count, revenue, RGU totals, and commission totals against the source file.
