Part A — Website Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using simplegrowhq.com, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree. If you act for a company, you represent that you may bind that company.

2. Permitted website use

You may use the website to evaluate SimpleGrowHQ, request information, and access public resources. You may not break the law, interfere with security, scrape the website in a harmful way, impersonate others, upload malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.

3. Website information

Website material is provided for general information. Product functions, plans, and availability may change. Nothing on the website is legal, tax, employment, payroll, or accounting advice.

4. Intellectual property

SimpleGrowHQ and its licensors retain rights in the website, Service, software, design, documentation, and trademarks. These Terms do not transfer ownership.

5. Third-party links

Third-party services are governed by their own terms. SimpleGrowHQ is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Part B — Subscription Terms

Paying Customers are also governed by the separate Subscription / Customer Agreement, which covers plans, authorized users, Customer Content, AI features, billing, acceptable use, confidentiality, termination, warranties, liability, and disputes.

Part C — Data Processing

Processing of Customer-supplied rep and sales data is governed by the Data Processing Addendum, incorporated into the Customer Agreement where applicable.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” SimpleGrowHQ disclaims implied warranties. The liability rules in the Customer Agreement apply to subscribers. For website-only claims, the liability cap is the limitation stated in an applicable executed agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the jurisdiction stated in the applicable executed agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive courts or arbitration venue: the forum and process stated in the applicable executed agreement. Legal notices: the notice contact stated in the applicable order or executed agreement.

8. Changes

We may revise these Terms. The updated date identifies the current version. Material changes will receive reasonable notice when appropriate.
