Security information without inflated claims
SimpleGrowHQ is an early-stage product. We will only publish certifications and audit results after they have been independently completed.
Encrypted website connections
Connections to the SimpleGrowHQ website use HTTPS. Customers should always access the service through the official simplegrowhq.com domain.
Account-based access
The product is designed around authenticated accounts, team roles, and access appropriate to each user’s responsibilities.
Data minimization
Import only the business data needed for sales-performance workflows. Do not upload payment-card data, government identifiers, medical records, or unrelated sensitive information.
Operational safeguards
Security, backups, availability, and incident-response processes are reviewed as the product develops. Current details are available during onboarding.
Current certification status
SimpleGrowHQ does not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or similar certification. This page will be updated when independently verifiable milestones are completed.

To report a suspected security issue, unauthorized access, or vulnerability, contact security@simplegrowhq.com. Please do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment information, or sensitive customer data in your initial message.
