This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, when you use the SimpleGrowHQ platform (the "Service"). When you or your team create an account, we collect names, email addresses, and, if you choose to add it, a profile photo and job title.
Sales records, commission figures, product/service catalogs, team structure, performance goals, and related business information that you or your team enter directly, or upload through Smart Import, in order to use the Service.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe processes and stores that information subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy.

SimpleGrowHQ's Smart Import and AI Assistant features use a third-party AI service provider to read, extract, and summarize information from the business data you provide. Only the data needed to answer your specific request or complete your specific import is sent to the AI provider — role-based limits apply, so, for example, a Sales Rep's AI Assistant is not given access to other reps' individual commission data. We do not permit our AI provider to use your Customer Data to train their underlying models.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if an issue is identified.
We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as light/dark mode). We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to, or knowingly used by, children under 18. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it.
Our infrastructure providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we take steps intended to ensure information transferred internationally receives an appropriate level of protection.
